Throughout his work as a Behavior Technician, Judicael has developed a deep appreciation for the unique ways individuals experience and interact with the world. In his current role, he supports classroom operations, helps coordinate student schedules, and works closely with staff to ensure the effective implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Judicael is known for his thoughtful, team-oriented approach and his commitment to creating a structured, supportive environment for both students and staff. He finds great purpose in contributing to each student’s growth and progress.

Zanaya Johnson brings six years of hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician to the team. She is currently preparing for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam, continuing to advance her expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Zanaya earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences from the University of Arizona and her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Her academic background, combined with her clinical experience, supports her commitment to delivering individualized, evidence-based care.
As the oldest of ten siblings, Zanaya developed a natural ability to connect with and support children from an early age. She is known for her patient, compassionate approach and is dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential.
In her role, Zanaya works closely with students, families, and staff to guide treatment planning and support meaningful progress. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, visiting art museums and exhibits, and attending live music events.

Zoë Castleman is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over five years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Born and raised in Arizona, she brings a strong sense of community, compassion, and consistency to her work with students and families.
Throughout her career, Zoë has developed a passion for helping individuals build essential life skills, strengthen communication, and gain confidence in their daily lives. She is known for her patient, empathetic approach and her ability to create a supportive environment where students feel safe, encouraged, and motivated to learn.
In her role, Zoë focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans with accuracy while building meaningful, trusting relationships with each student. She finds great fulfillment in witnessing both small breakthroughs and major milestones, and is committed to making a positive impact each day.

Mylie Critchlow is an RBT with experience working with individuals across a variety of settings, including schools, group homes, and clinic environments. Her diverse background has helped her develop an adaptable, patient, and creative approach to care.
Mylie is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where individuals feel comfortable being themselves. She believes that when students feel secure and encouraged, they are better able to grow, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
In her role, Mylie focuses on implementing individualized support while building strong, positive relationships with students, families, and team members. She takes pride in being a consistent and encouraging presence in each student’s journey.
Outside of work, Mylie enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, traveling, and dancing whenever she has the chance.

Mackenzie Hill brings over three years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Originally from California and now based in Arizona, she brings both professional experience and a personal connection to her work.
Mackenzie’s passion for supporting individuals with autism is deeply rooted in her own life, having grown up with a family member on the spectrum and with a spouse who is also on the spectrum. These experiences have shaped her compassionate, understanding approach and strengthened her commitment to making a meaningful impact.
In her role, Mackenzie works closely with students to support their growth, independence, and daily success. She is dedicated to continued learning and is currently furthering her education to grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her animals, reading, and relaxing with her husband.

Sierra is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with nearly three years of experience supporting children and individuals with behavioral and developmental needs. Throughout her experience, Sierra has developed strong skills in implementing behavior intervention plans, encouraging positive behaviors, and building supportive relationships with clients and their families. She is currently pursuing a college education in Psychology and has completed coursework in childhood development, strengthening her understanding of children’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Sierra has always enjoyed working with children and finds it rewarding to help them build confidence, communication skills, and independence. Sierra's passion for helping others, combined with her hands-on experience and educational background, allows her to contribute positively to her team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. She hopes to continue growing in the field and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families I work with. Her professional background includes experience in Special Education and extensive exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where she gained valuable skills in behavior support, individualized instruction, and child-centered intervention strategies.

His passion for the ABA field began through his interest in helping others grow, learn, and build confidence in their everyday lives. He was drawn to the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and their families while helping clients reach their personal goals.
Currently, Alok works as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in both school and community settings. In this role, he supports clients in accessing their education, developing social and communication skills, increasing independence, and successfully navigating everyday environments. He collaborates closely with families, educators, and clinical teams to help clients achieve meaningful goals and make progress across multiple areas of their lives.
